Kreative Dimensions reserves the right to reject any exchanges that do not comply with our exchange policies. Exchanges that do not follow our policy or are unacceptable may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

We understand that receiving your order in a timely manner is important. That's why we offer fast and reliable shipping methods at affordable rates. We use quality packaging materials to ensure that your products arrive safely. Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. * Most items ship within 1-2 business days. Some items are made to order and ship straight from our manufacturer. For those items, please allow 1-2 additional days for those items to be processed, put in production and shipped. Once your product has shipped, tracking confirmation will be sent to you via email or pre-selected form of communication. Work with us as we deal with limited staff and a growing business. Thanks.
We design our product to provide each individual a quality look for any occasion, so if you received something that didn't work for you, we've got you covered. We provide you 14 days to make a decision and return it back it us (some exceptions apply). Just follow the below guidelines for return process. Please be aware we do not issue refunds, in-store credit will be issued.
